WATER CONSERVATION

Watering to be limited to twice a week, 10 to 15 minutes per area on property. Thank you for your help in both fire danger and water conservation.

NOXIOUS WEEDS

It is the owners responsibility to kill all noxious weeds on their property. This included Dyer”s Woad, Houndstongue, Yellow Starthistle, Canada Thistle, Muck Thistle, and Poison Hemlock. Check  under useful information on the website for picture description of these weeds.

MOTOR HOMES AND CAMPING TRAILERS

According to the Rules, RV’s, Motor Homes and Camping Trailers may not be used for any purpose if parked in owners property. It is illegal to park them on any empty lot including a lot that is under construction. Fines can be assessed.

DUMPSTERS ARE FOR GARBAGE ONLY!!!

We have been informed by Rich County Sanitation that certain items are not allowed in the Dumpsters.  There is a fine of up to $250 for each violation. Please do not dispose of the following item:  HAZARDOUS MATERIALS..APPLIANCES….ROCKS…DIRT…TREES…METAL ITEMS…AUTO BATTERIES….BUILDING MATERIALS.
