The Annual Meeting of the Sweetwater Golf Course HOA will be held June 15th, 2024 in the Lakeview room of the Garden City office complex, 69 N Paradise Pkwy. The meeting is scheduled for 9 am to 12 pm. Budget and new assessments will be discussed.
Parking in the roadways and dumpster areas appears to be a problem. We request that you and your guests park on your property. Vehicles parked on the road will be towed at the owner’s expense.
There are three open seats on the HOA board this year. Any member who wishes to be a candidate shall submit a letter and brief resume to the President at least fourteen (14) days prior to the annual meeting.
